「The views from this hotel are just magnificent and the serene atmosphere adds to the beautiful landscape. The service from staff is outstanding. Just the room needs to have the normal features like a full size mirror, slippers, bathrobe, fridge, bathroom stuff like comb, toothbrush, iron etc」

「We went to the place in off season but the place was kept well, food was nice, rooms are comfortable and the service was great. The only thing that needs review is the cost. Bit overpriced.」

「Excellent stay. Stayed there for 1 night with family. Very comfortable for my parents and child. Special thanks to Pradeep, Pankaj, Shikha and others at front desk and restaurant. Breakfast had lots of options and staff went the extra mile to do customizations as well. Will love to stay there again.」

「Good location. Right at the corner of library road and very beginning of Maal road. Excellent cooperative and supporting stuffs & executives. Good breakfast and complimentary evening snacks ( yes you don’t get every where ). You can order in house dine options of Pahadi cuisine. All in all I will tell Ellbee will ensure a memorable stay for here . 」

「Beautiful property with amazing views! We had a very comfortable stay and really enjoyed the good food and weather ☺️ the only downside was the WiFi was slightly unreliable so be prepared for that.」

「the room ac centrally controlled was switched off at midnight around 3 am by the hotel. it was suffocating in the room. when enquired from the Manager and staff - all gave one reply that, they put ac on rest mode so that it may cool later on . it is dangerous if the fresh air is stopped to room and required cooling is not there. it was very uncomfortable and suffocating. i would not recommend this hotel at all to any one . 」

「Good stay, but please note the property is under renovation and as of March the floor/reception level had no rooms so if you are traveling with any elderly of someone who can not take stairs, please check in advance. 」
