"Clean rooms and staff and food was fabulous."

"We had a great experience at Fortune Resort Grace. The staff were excellent, the rooms had beautiful views of the valley and the location was near the market. Highly recommend."

"Very good spacious room. Helpful staff in all areas. "

" Beautiful location as well as a nice clean room and friendly staff. "

"Very nice stay!"

"Charming hotel. I had a great time"

"The hotel was a wonderful surprise, great views and sitting areas. They rooms are great but they need to check them once prior to checking the guests in. Some corners were a bit dusty, nothing a little attention would not take care of. What would be great would be if they had a free shuttle from the hotel to the town area, the taxis charge too much when called up to the hotel for round trips."

"Location is a bit in the interior, hotel is under maintenance/upgradation phase and looks a bit messy as of now. Rooms are good but bathrooms needs maintainence, food is good, staff is the best part, they are very helpful. Overall neutral experience."

"Nice location!!!"

"Rooms are old and not clean. This should be listed as 2 star not a 4 star hotel. "

"Great location... Nice environment... specious and well-maintained.. A little more generosity from reception could make it great."

"The stay was really good and the staff was really humble and helpful, it was a really nice property with great mountain view and the stay was really quiet "
