「What can I say, a fantastic hotel experience!! Clean, extremely comfortable and excellent service from all staff! Lovely breakfast, great location, Cosy bar area, nearby covered parking and a lovely little spa. The outdoor pool boasts amazing views of the mountains, just magical!! I highly recommend this lovely little property, my only improvement comment is the toilet roll provided in rooms which is a little too rough, so I purchased my own. Other than that, our experience was faultless....

「年末に夫婦で利用しました。ホテルのファシリティは今ひとつだが、スタッフのサービスが総じて良好。食事も朝食はワンパターンで飽きるが、夕食は２つのレストランが選択出来、内容も想像していたより良く、豊富なチーズが食べ放題でありがたい。ゲレンデへのアクセスは良好、街の中心から歩くとやや昇りがきつい。スキー靴だとなおつらい。リフトが止まる前にホテルの裏山のピステから滑り込んでホテルに帰りたい。私たちが滞在中、８割は子供連れの家族。レストランはおかげで賑やかでした。でも、みんな楽しそうだったのでこちらも幸せになれました。」

「Tout s’est très bien passé, la vue depuis l’établissement et les chambres sont incroyables ! Proximité de l’hôtel du centre de la station des Arcs 1800 et du départ d’un téléski, c’était parfait ☺️」

「El hotel increíble, todo está perfecto menos el desayuno. La verdad la comida muy pobre en cantidad y calidad, y el servicio del desayuno bastante deficiente. Era buffet pero tardaban hasta media hora en volver a poner comida. Creo que estaban superados en su capacidad. Y fue un contraste complicado de entender porque en general el servicio en todas las demás áreas era muy bueno. Y otro detalle fue que se descompuso el elevador y al final no era tanto problema usar la escalera, el problema era...

Staff were so friendly, family duplex rooms were great, ski in ski out fabulous, breakfast was lovely, freshly baked bread every morning - the fruit one was especially delicious!! Amazing views from our balcony!!! Our only improvement would be more hanging space for clothes and hooks by the door for ski coats!」

「I chose this destination & hotel to celebrate my birthday and I must say I loved everything about it, the hotel is perfectly located in the center and few steps from the gondolas station, nice restaurant options around the area, make sure you visit before the closing season as many good restaurants close on Apr 7. Good spa & friendly staff, highly recommended 」

「Was disappointed by the resort that is meant to be car free. In realisty yhere are cars everywhere. Hotel is also really bad value. Amazing staff though, super friendly and professional. 」

「部屋は広く快適でした。 スキーインスキーアウトのホテルですが、レンタルショップが少し離れた山の高台にあり、公共のエレベーターを使ってアクセスするためにあまりメリットは享受できませんでした。 インドアプールやサウナ、ハマムなどのスパ施設があり、アフタースキーも楽しめます。」

「This was our second visit to Kaya. It won't be our last. The staff were incredible. The location is breathtaking and the access to the 3 Valleys is perfect. Facilities ticked every box. Really nice pool, steam room and sauna. the breakfast filled us up for a long day on the mountains. The evening meals weren't the best value compared to nearby restaurants but were still delicious. This place is an absolute winner. 」

「Its a decent 4 star hotel with exceptional service . Very quite and relaxing. The rooms facing the valley and mountains are the best for views. Its well priced. Plenty of parking. Basic gym with sauna. No complains. 」

「Très bon hôtel pour un séjour au ski. Bien placé, très propre et accueillant. Petit déjeuner varié et agréable. Chambres bien pensées. Les salles de bains sont un peu datées mais rien de grave. Ski shop pratique et personnel serviable. Espace détente agréable même si la piscine, aveugle, est assez petite et très bruyante. Réservée au plus de 12 ans pour assurer un minimum de calme, elle est régulièrement squattée par des familles avec de jeunes enfants parfois très bruyants. C’est insupportable...
