「I stayed at this hotel many times. While the staff has always been wonderful, the conditions decline. The 2nd floor carpet is a trip hazard everywhere, it has come unstuck from the undersurface and bubbles up in many areas. Our first room of the night, 261, the toilet broke. They fixed it. Then the shower broke, oscillating between Luke warm and ice cold. I requested a new room, we moved to 251. The water was hot. The security lock was missing. Heating/ac units are rusty. 「Beautiful Inn situated on tranquil grounds surrounded by nature and very romantic. Dining options were short but outstanding! Less is definitely more in this case. Rooms were impeccably clean and all staff members were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The only complaint was that they operate on a septic system, which we experienced a terrible odor in the room. And although they say rooms are "sound-proof" our room was situated next to the very loud elevator/lift and...

「Very disappointing. AT this price point would have expected much better service. 20$ to park is ridiculous when there are big open spaces. No coffee available in the morning??? Come on. No one to help with luggage, dirty dishes at end of hallway for over 24 hours. Would never waste money on this again. Spent the night before in Jackson for 1/4 the price and had much better service and amenities. 」
