「Great location. Walks to get a good meal or a drink were from 1 to 12 minutes. Hotel itself was very nice and clean. Staff was very attentive. We have found our new place to stay in Asheville from now on.」

「The hotel is very nice and the staff is great, corner room had large windows which were nice I guess, except that at night in the city it is very loud in the room. Any car that drives by and the noise just bounces between the buildings and and it's fairly loud in the room.」

「Coffee isn't readily available in the lobby - just in the morning. I like coffee at other times of the day, too. The coffee makers in the rooms....I don't trust those in any hotel. I had to wait 10 minutes to check out. The clerk was being overly helpful to a lady inquiring about local breakfast venues. That was nice of him, but she could have googled on her phone. Small things, but a good stay overall.」
