「Air con not perfect. Attention to detail wasn't great. The lady who was there only a few days was really good and got things sorted for us as much as could, i think her name was Belen. Anyway place was clean, lovely spa and pool area's. Close to the restaurants and town. 」

「Booked this hotel last min as there was an issue with my original hotel. Found this to be an amazing price for the facilities & location but was skeptical bc the price was so much lower than surrounding hotels. Upon arrival I was impressed with how open the lobby was, it was very welcoming. The staff were so lovely & checked us in promptly. The room I admit was a bit outdated in terms of decor but it had everything you needed. I loved the many different large mirrors and the long table included....

「空港からシャトルバスで3時間かかりました。いろんなホテルを経由するので時間がかかります。レンタカーをお勧めします。 でも、街から遠い分、ビーチは素晴らしかったです。ホテルから徒歩15分くらいです。 透明度が凄いです。カラフルな魚はいませんが、グレー系の魚がいっぱいいました。 ホテルは綺麗ですが、いろんな物にデポジットを支払わないといけません。(タオル等) セキュリティボックスは別料金で1日2ユーロかかりました。 あと、３人で宿泊したのですが、エキストラベッドの組み立てははセルフサービスです。食事は大変美味しかったです。初日の到着が夜9時30分になってしまったので、夕食には間に合いませんでした。 その代わり、コールドフードなら食べれますとのことで、サラダやローストビーフを食べることが出来ました。 少し歩けばレストランやお土産屋さん、スーパー等いろんなお店があります。」

「大人2人、子供2人で4日間滞在。 館内は清潔、部屋も広くエアコンも効いていて快適。子供はプールで大はしゃぎ。カラグランまで徒歩5分なので３つあるビーチとホテルの行き来も楽。レストランのある中心エリアに近いので外食にも便利。駐車場は常に満車なので少し離れたフリーパーキング（徒歩3分）に停めるのが少し面倒だったがそれ以外は大満足の滞在でした。」

「Séjour en couple avec demi-pension. Nous sommes très contents, personnel très très sympathique dès la réception, au restaurant, aux différents bars. très bon service. On a eu une très belle chambre vue sur la mer. L’accès direct à la plage depuis la piscine, c’est top. Les animations du soir étaient bonnes. 「The hotel is in a great location, we chose B & B rather than all inclusive and the breakfasts were good, always plenty of choice. The staff were lovely. The pool is small which could cause a problem in peak season but it was fine while we were there. The two issues we had were; 1. Aircon- outside of peak season there is no aircon in the rooms. The staff said it was because people complained it was too cold and it wasn’t needed. It was 25° during the day, aircon would be nice. 2. Soundproofing,...

「This hotel was outstanding- from the minute we arrived the service and facilities were perfect. Greeted on arrival and the hotel had left food and water in our room due to a later flight. The room was spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness was great- only little feedback would be to get the cleaners some longer mops for the balconies. It's only a matter of time before one of them drop it over when cleaning. Food was brilliant and service great. Will be back for sure. One of my fav mini breaks. 」
