"Pretty clean property. Some staff members were amazing others were ok. It’s a quiet resort, ideal for people that don’t want a lot of people . Brutal sunset views . Cannot swim in the beach. Food was really good. No bathrobes though, was surprised by that. Also during day you have to reserve and pay extra money if you want cabanas in front of the ocean. Can sit at the loungers though. Overall pretty good. "

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. The property is very clean, the proximity to the arch and the town are great, the food was good and the staff were very helpful. My only negative comment is that the resort is due for an update. We recommend staying here!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Montecristo and we can’t wait to return! The property is stunning! Palm trees, beautiful colorful flowers, and cliffs over looking the beautiful ocean. Staff goes out of their way to help you in any way. Everyone we met was friendly and kind. There are multiple restaurants throughout the property. Shuttles also run to the other Pueblo Bonito resorts and all are included on the all inclusive plan. This was our first time here but won’t be our last. If I had one con, it would be that they were a little pushy about the timeshare presentations. On a short trip with our kids, I didn’t want to waste an afternoon on a presentation. I wish there was alternative options… maybe an online webinar that could be viewed not during vacation? I’m sure it is a wonderful place to have ownership but didn’t want to take away from our vacation. "

"The Ocean view was not as advertised, the spa was not functioning properly it did not heat the pool was not clean. The most important part was the the road was not meant to be traveled on with a small car, it was more suited for a high clearance 4 wheel drive. I mentioned this to the staff and informed that excess to the property was no reason for a cancellation refund. This property is not safe. I would highly recommend that Hotels.Com not represent this property. I opened a chat with Hotels. and never got a reply. We left after the first night and booked much nicer and safer hotel for the remainder of our vacation. I would request Hotels.Com help me resolve this issue."

"Nice staff, clean apartment. However, the description needs to be updated: there is no restaurant or bar anymore, the pool is not heated and downtown/beach is 30 mn away by walk or 10 mn by car. "
