"The hotel is one of the older ones in Cabo but its in great shape. The location on the hill has amazing views of the ocean and City. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were in great shape and very clean. It was an all inclusive and the food was very good. I reccomend this hotel."

"I stayed here with my daughters while celebrating my birthday. The property is immaculate and the view is stunning with a terrace and fire pit that we used the entire time. Pictures doesn’t do it any justice. The property manager Kristina was on top of everything we wanted to do during our stay. She was awesome! Deny was delightful and made sure everything was in working order when we arrived. He checked on us throughout the trip which I thought was very very nice. We were assisted with a private chef, transportation, our luggage and renting a yacht while there. All of our needs were met outside of just staying there. Chef Gloria was a joy to meet. So pleasant and came everyday on time with a smile to make us breakfast and an amazing dinner one evening. Every meal she cooked for us was absolutely delicious and she even brought me some flowers and baked a birthday cake for me that was so good! You’ll want to make sure you’re ok with paying for transportation with them daily because you can’t uber to town unless you walk downhill a ways. Transportation they offered was worth it to us. Very nice air Conditioned modern vehicles. Phillip was very pleasant and made sure drivers were always on time to pick us up. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were treated like royalty. I really appreciated the professionalism and kindness of everyone there. It made my birthday even better. We had NO issues. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend. "

"We loved this house, the number of suites w/ bathrooms, incredible views and pools. Communication leading up to the stay was wonderful. Our only disappointment was not being able to drop off groceries before check in but they are gracious in allowing you to drop off luggage early, which was VERY helpful. This older home is stunning, some deferred maintenance but really special nonetheless. We were 3 generations of family 17-78 and we wanted a trip that was built around a shared home with most meals at the house. We rented a car for a few days & relied on private driver to/from the airport and Ubers to/from town. Ubers were 5-10 depending on location, very convenient. Walking down to the Marina was 10-15 minutes, depending on pace. Walking back up was doable but we avoided. Active people did walk down/back to the Pedregal beach every day, beautiful but can’t enter the water . Dario, the onsite person for the house was incredible, so responsive it almost seemed like magic. He greeted us/oriented us to the house, responded to small issues rapidly. Cons: construction at neighboring homes during the weekdays was intense/obnoxious noise all day long. The other disappointment was Chef Martin. We hired him for a dinner and he didn’t show, sent staff instead. They were amazing. Prices changed, the grocery bill was insanely high and hard to get a receipt as is promised. Communication was poor & wouldn’t hire him again. The house is worth it! Beds are amazing! Overall very impressed. "

"The scenery was beautiful and the weather was good, so our group arrived with great excitement, but the fountain at the entrance gate was broken, and in one bedroom, water was dripping from the bathroom ceiling and the floor was soaking wet, and the floor had not been cleaned, so it was dirty with grime, and there were no towels in the bathroom except for shampoo. I think they are very lax in their management."
