"The house is incredible! Hostess amazingly responsive and helpful and willing to fix any issues. The house attendant does an amazing job ninja style. Highly recommend and full 5 stars but I will share thoughts (that have been shared with hostess who I am sure will address what she can) that do not change my rating:1) 2 of the bedrooms are only accessible from the outside2) it is a long ride from the gate3) tons of moths and crickets - crickets not sure how they got into the house/rooms4) cannot control hot tub (temp and jets)5) would have been nice if someone greeted us to give us a tour of the houseOverall insanely beautiful home and high customer service from hostess so highly recommend and would go back no question. "This villa was wonderful all-in-all. We loved the heated pool. This is one of the priorities when selecting a place for vacay with friends. In January, a heated pool is a must, and it was perfect. Also, being able to have restaurants and a spa in close proximity was also a plus. The villa could use a little updating and maintenance though, just saying. "
