"I booked this trip on a whim after my flight to puerto Vallarta turned around to go home on 2/22/26. The reviews made me nervous but I thought it definitely had redeeming qualities. The grounds are quite pretty and there’s lots of activities for kids and adults to do to pass the time. My family stayed on resort most of the week. The pools and water slides are pretty cool. The kids water park is great. The kids love it and it feels pretty safe. The riu land kids show every night after dinner was an awesome way to end the night. The kids loved it and played with all the other kids and danced around. Super cute. The food was ok. It’s not as bad as people made it sound. It’s comparable to other all inclusive mediocre bland buffet food. Lots of fresh fruit and veggies. It didn’t make any of us sick so that’s cool! Towards the end of the stay we saw the crowd take a turn. Before it was a bunch of chill canadiens and families. But then a surge of 18-21 year old American spring breakers checked in and it did harsh my mellow a little bit. Although they didn't keep me up at night and were not directly mean or aggressive to us. Just annoying. Lol Overall we had a good time and I would consider going back."

"Jacuzzi with jets lots of power helps muscles relax. Water very clean in pool n jacuzzi. Will be back! AC in room very nice. Water views from top floor balcony stunning. "

"We stayed at Pueblo Bonito Sunset for five nights to celebrate our 10th anniversary, and it was our first time visiting Cabo. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The views from the rooms are breathtaking—we were even able to see whales from our balcony, which made the experience extra special. The food options throughout the resort are excellent, especially at The Market, where there is a great variety of choices. The gelato was amazing, and the coffee shop makes a fantastic flat white. There were a few minor issues during our stay. Our VIP welcome package (cheese and chocolate tray, wine, and champagne) was delayed. We had to call the front desk several times to follow up, and unfortunately it didn’t arrive until the last day of our stay, so we didn’t really get a chance to enjoy it. That said, several staff members made our visit memorable. Alberto and Sandy at the front desk were very helpful, and Cicilia at the spa gave a fantastic massage—definitely visit the spa if you can. It’s a bit pricey but very relaxing and worth it. The gym could use some upgrades to the equipment, and the golf carts sometimes took a while to arrive when we called from our room—having a few more carts available would help. Despite the hills around the property, it’s still fairly easy to get around. Overall, the resort has a great location and good food, and we truly enjoyed our visit. One small downside was the time-share representatives approaching us frequently, especially during breakfast. "

"My family had an amazing time staying at this incredible villa! The house itself is awesome and decorated very well. Marilu has a great taste for design and furniture. The view is incredible, especially during sunsets. We saw countless whales breaching off the shoreline. Marilu was a great host and communicated well, any time we had a minor issue or question she responded right away. Our kids loved the pool, which came stocked with inflatable tubes, matts and balls. She also setup transportation to and from the airport for us.We hired the chef for every breakfast and one dinner, and every meal was great. It was so nice not having to worry about meal prep or cleanup after.One of the most impressive parts of the trip is when our kid got a bad ear infection. We let Marilu know and she had a very nice doctor visit our house within an hour of our call for a relatively small cost. He had our kid's prescription delivered within an hour of that.The cleaners also spend a lot of time and effort keeping the place very clean every day.The one thing people with kids should be aware of is that 2 of the bedrooms are only accessible from the outside of the house and have their own access doors, but they are nice rooms with their own bathrooms. As far as transportation is concerned, Uber was very easy and affordable for quick trips to town or even down to the beach and back if you dont feel up to walking it.I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We would def go back! "

"Kristen was so easy to work with and Deny was very quick to respond to any questions we had on site. The condo was absolutely perfect for six of us and exceeded expectations. We only needed to get on “Mexican time” to access the keypad ie slow down in punching in the numbers for it to work like a charm. Lol. Not too hard a task! And none of us were ready to leave after a week. We’ll be back!"

"We enjoyed every minute of our time here!Pros: the view, the quiet pool and BBQ area, the well appointed kitchen, THE VIEW!Cons: not much really, except the linens and dishes are showing some wear and tear.Kristi and Bibi responded quickly to any questions we had. We rented a car for the time we were there but the condo was within easy walking distance of so many great restaurants and the marina. We would 100% love to stay here again!"
