"Honestly I was very disappointed and it’s unfortunate. My partner and I had to switch rooms twice. The first room had a moldy scent and found out the next morning there were bedbugs. I hope the property staff get the rooms professionally fumigated. I don’t know the age of the property but the washrooms were also disappointing. The upside is the complimentary breakfast buffet, with an amazing views. Locations is good not to far from sun plaza, a healthy walk."

"We only stayed for a couple of hours while we waited for our bnb check-in, the room was lovely and we had an awesome view of the mountains. The lovely girl at reception was also very kind a helpful! Would stay here for longer next time."

"This hotel is family run and the owners make it a great stay! It is close to the Fansipan funicular and all of the activity near the city square. Beautiful view from our balcony. "
