「Central location.」

「Friendly staff, super comfortable bed, great shower, clean room. 」

「部屋には床暖房がありましたが作動しておらず、ホテルの方に調べてもらいましたが「これでオンになったはず」と言われたのに夕食後帰ってきたらやはりオフのまま。スキー場が近いので5月でもかなり冷えます。フロントの女の子は「毛布まだ持ってくるから」と言いますが寝てる時だけの問題じゃないでしょ… 「他の部屋はついてるんですか？部屋変えてもらえませんか？」と言っても「満室です」と。部屋の前に車を停めるモーテル形式で、車3台ほどして停まってないのに、どうしてそういう見え透いたウソつくかなー。何よりも、申し訳ないという気持ちがまったく感じられなかったことに腹が立ちました。オーストラリアの接客もだいぶ良くなったなーと思っていたけど、田舎はまだそういうとこ変わってないなと。全然だめ。」

「Room was well presented and equipped. Amenities were clean and modern. Setting is tranquil and scenic.」

「We were there in summer to walk. Everything is so thoughtful, clean, everything is there that you need. Lovely staff, I would stay again with pleasure.」

「Good easy location. Helpful staff on reception & great shuttle service. Rooms are very basic, small & the carpet needs updating. Bedding was good. We stayed for two nights towards the end of the season & food services on site were never open during the lunchtime hours listed - only option was to go to Perisher for food. Breakfast included is ok. Dinner is expensive and not very good. It was ok but would stay elsewhere. 」

「Surprisingly, WIFI is not available in rooms. It is available only in the lobby. It is very inconvenient. Little investment has been made to update the facilities. Rooms are so old and outdated. Goods in the rooms are so cheap and poor. Dishes were very delicious. Overall I don’t want stay again and don’t recommend to anybody.」

「Super helpful staff went above and beyond to make our stay easy and comfortable. Being able to rent simple, reliable snow gear directly from Carinya at a very decent rate took a lot of hassle out of our trip. Room was clean and quiet and we loved the bonfire, but the unexpected gem was the restaurant where the friendly, easygoing staff fed us delicious, traditional Indian food at about half the price of what we'd pay in Canberra or Sydney. Thanks team, we'll be back!」

「Tv,s in whole complex were all not working due to antenna out for some weeks. Broken toilet seat. Broken door on ensuite. Terrible pillows. Rattling external door outside room which had to be jammed shut until finally fixed late in week due to being a fire exit. Overwhelming musty smell in reception and main hall which permeated into rooms. Reception only manned when large groups checking in. Staff friendly but seem to be their for good time only. Poor breakfast choices that improved when...
