「Property deserves zero stars. Had an awful experience. Booked through Expedia but when arrived at the hotel somebody named John could not find my booking. After several minutes of trying , he phones his boss who was able to find my booking. Once I was given the room, it was several buildings down despite the entire hotel being empty. 「Very bad odor in the room」

「My room # 219 had torn rugs, damaged furniture and the entryway door was stuck closed while using the keycard forcing me to kick the door open. The hallway rugs were filthy they needed to be shampooed cleaned. The motel is currently undergoing renovations the lobby had stacks of new mattresses and bed frames. The continental breakfast was adequate coffee, bagels, cream cheese, fruits bananas, apples and oranges, one type of yogurt.」

「Shouldn’t have to go to the office/bar to get ice. Room was a great size and comfortable. Bathroom was tremendous, light one big wet room.」
