"The property was good value for money. The 2nd floor patio is a nice feature that we enjoyed. The staff at the front desk the evening we checked in was so friendly and helpful. "

"This hotel is convenient to downtown Louisville. It is in a nice and quiet area with easy parking. Staff were super friendly and hotel was clean. I would not recommend the onsite restaurant as the food quality was poor but there are plenty of other dining options in the area."

"My room looked clean at finish glance then I noticed hair in the sink. There was a purse with keys in the room (not mines). I wasn’t able to use the Bluetooth in the bathroom because someone’s else in the hotel was connected to it. No instructions on how to connect to the WiFi given. Unable to use my work computer due to the WiFi. Area is a premium location, but the hotel should be better. The front desk people were friendly and nice. "

"We have stayed here twice in the last month. We traveled from GA to watch our son play baseball at Louisville Slugger Field. It's always a nice stay, and everyone is so friendly. There is plenty to do around this location and all within walking distance. We always love our stay at Residence Inn Louisville Downton, Kentucky."
