"Berisik, kamar kurang nyaman. Sudah bayar bersama sarapan tapi oleh resepsionis dibilang tanpa sarapan. Parkir mobil mesti diinfokan secara manual, bukan by system. Mesti mondar-mandir ke resepsionis di lantai atas. Merepotkan. "

"you get what you pay for: the hotel offers one room category, which basically provides a bed and a shower. the bed sheets/linen/mattress were stained (blood, pee and other body fluids) which is quite disgusting. will not book again."
