"I traveled to Nashville to assist to a concert at Bridgestone Arena , the hotel was perfect with an excellent location and walking distance. I’ll recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy downtown Nashville, restaurants and bars available around the corner and an excellent view ! "

"We had an hammering noise in our room, they gladly switched our room. We tried to explain to the Maintenance man but he could not speak English. Also, when booking it said parking, I did not see valet only $50. a day until lookingdeeper. I also tipped the valet in person and online! This process was confusing and cost us an extra $113.00."

"DO NOT rely on their wakeup call service. They failed to call me at my requested time and when I informed of it, they was pretty much non responsive."

"The property and room were very top notch. My only complaint it that parking was pricey. $50 per night!!! Valet was only $5 more, so went for that, then to find out it was $5 each time we wanted our car. I’d rather tip the staff than pay to retrieve my car..not both. Overall great stay!"

"Loved that the property was close to the airport yet not too far from downtown Nashville. Bonus was having the kitchenette in our room! Hotel had an amazing breakfast buffet, stayed for 5 days and every day the breakfast was different. Check in and out was very convenient, smiling faces from the moment we checked in & out. Would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Nashville! 5 stars all the way!!!"
