"Wonderful staff! Made our stay that much more exceptional."

"My first image is that the hotel is a bit old. But, it is still clean and tidy. Staff are nice. I was surprised that there are few staff can speak fluent English even in this small town. The view looking out from my room is good."

"Hospitality of the staff, great breakfast and dinner, the very nice onsen, the very peaceful calming environment. "

"Lovely hotel and onsen with wonderful food! The onsen area was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again."

"Nice"

"Small and cosy hotel, excellent dinner food provided. Assigned a Chinese speaking staff to assist us, very thoughtful."
