「The hotel is in a very good location in central Telluride. Our room is very nice and clean. The best part is that I developed severe back pain and the night manager helped me with his own heat pad. When that didn’t help, he called an ambulance to take me to the emergency facility. When I was better and back in the room, the hotel let us extend our stay 1 more night. We would definitely recommend the hotel. 」

「The property check in was easy, staff was fantastic, and the hot springs and bar options on site was wonderful. I was a bit disappointed to be charged for pool towels and robe use, especially given the higher than avg. cost of the rooms. Additionally, the room could use some updates and smaller furniture, I.e., extra chairs and table were too large for the space. The TV didn't work, and the bathroom door didn't fully close. Despite these non-essential flaws we would still return!!!」
