「Awesome ambience and courteous staff」

「It was a pleasant stay at Avadale. Avinash was there to assist with all the details even though his counterpart was on leave. He offered a bigger room on request that made our stay even better. Food rate is nominal, it was prepared fresh and the taste was good.(Gobi chilli alone was on the saltier side) Couple other noteworthy instances was of Avinash calling to state the room booked was non ac. 「Very pathetic and worst experience. Management of hotel not responsible for anything. I had booked 2 deluxe rooms for 2 nights for family stay as I got fooled by the pics shared on hotels.com website and reviews. I reached hotel at around 3 o clock in night and my rooms were not ready even I had informed beforehand that I will be coming by that time. They provided me already used and dirty blanket, bed sheets and pillow covers. It was clearly visible that they hadn't cleaned rooms after last...

「It was a awesome stay at the resort. Gorgeous villas and spectacular view from the balcony. Silent and peaceful ambiance around the property. We were pure vegetarians and the chef entertained our request. Big gardens for kids to run along. The pool was also clean and fun to play in. The only downside(or upside) is no network in the villas. Overall great stay. would recommend 10/10.」
