「Our room was lovely with a beautiful view over the loch and the Isle of Skye. In spite of being in the middle of a major refurbishment the staff were extremely corteous and helpful and made every effort to ensure our stay was a good one. The room was clean and comfortable with a really good shower and we had a lovely tray of tea, coffee and biscuits waiting for us on our arrival.. We will certainly make a return visit some time in the near future.」

We didn’t check our hotel reservations as closely as we should have, and had some tense moments when we realized that we would not arrive before the desk closed at 9:00pm. 「I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is very nice, but it's worth noting that they do not accept Amex cards. While there isn’t a supermarket nearby, the hotel offers plenty of complimentary snacks, which was a nice touch. Breakfast typically starts at 8 AM, but when we mentioned that we needed to check out at 8 AM, the hotel staff kindly offered to prepare a packed lunch instead. They provided us with homemade sandwiches, fruit juice, and potato...

We were just a few miles from Skye which we wanted to see so location was perfect. Plockton was just 2 miles away another pretty location for us to visit and have lovely meals there too. We would love to come back again. 」
