「Only complaint I have is that the bridge was leaking. My partner and I went to dinner and when we came back to the room there was water everywhere. They didn’t fix it or give us another room, they just turned it off. After that everything was amazing, the staff was wonderful. The food was good, the drinks were good.」

「This hotel has a great location, right on the beach. There are no loungers,umbrella rentals or public restrooms on Potrero Beach so being at the hotel you have all of that. The water there is calm, great for swimming. Similar to many places in Costa Rica there were some plumbing issues, plugged toilet and plugged shower drain but maintenance fixed it right away and we were fine for the rest of the stay.
