"Great staff, great room, and an amazing location. I would love to stay here again. "

"Buffet is excellent Staff is very kindly, Pick up &Ride service is good, Onsen is best in Hirado "

"The room and the food were good. But the spa was just so so."

"Room is luxury and everything is very high quality and clean. We will come back if we come to here next time."

"Best hotel in imari in my opinion"

"The room is huge. I was on top floor with the habour view and I can see customers enjoying the little pool and sunbathing. It was also very close to the fresh squid restaurant which I heard from a Japanese chef that it was the best raw squid you can have in Kyushu. Overall highly recommended. Driving back to town is about 20 mins so it is actually quite convenient."

"Very nice stay. Will book again in the future "

"Walkable location from JR station, and it was quiet and clean."

"The room was very spacious. The area was quiet and close to a Konbini."

"予約して15時チェックインのはずか、何部屋も清掃が追いついてなく16時まで待たされた。ただ、１階のレストランは最高によかった。"

"景色が良くて、特にサウナからの景色が良くて、すごく心地よい時間を過ごすことができました。サウナの貸し切り時間が1.5時間だったらもっとゆっくり楽しめたと思います。また訪問したいと思います。"

"It was my first time checking into a hotel without staff on site. The hotel will send you an email with an entry code to get into the lobby. Once inside, there's a tablet you use to check in. After you snap a photo of your passport, you get connected to the hotel staff via video call to verify your identity. Then you will get your room code on the screen. Take a picture of your room code with your phone. The hotel is very roomy and very close to the station. "

"We stayed 1 night after the golden week so it was nice and quiet. Everything was wonderful except the dinner buffet was a little disappointment. I stayed a few years ago and also had the dinner buffet and i recall it was better. "

"The most freshest food I eat in all of japan and also the most exotic too. The views from the room was beyond picturesque, it was one of those moments when you just sip your coffee and just look at the sun riseing up out of the ocean with the volcanic looking island scattered along the cost and think this is something. "

"Really nice option close to bus stops to hakata & 15min from the castle/city etc. Staff were quite and even got to checkin before 3pn which is a rarity in Japan. Fairly average breakfast though (at least the 'western' part)."

"My stay was fine. Clean and eager to help staff. "

"観光より仕事関係の宿泊者が多いです "

"Surprisingly nice hotel"

"Excellent service and equipment. Relax and comfortable. Unforgettable in natural environment."

"This was an absolutely amazing experience! We stayed at D6. Beautiful, comfortable accommodations. Bathroom was so cute and nice! Woke up to a gorgeous sunrise and view of the water. Fun food experiences and activities. The staff was very helpful and everything was perfect! I would love to return!"
