"This place is wonderful! Among the Kata Beach area, it is a great place for a great deal. You are close to the beach, up on the hill so you can see the ocean view, and each private villa is clean and modern and beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are many stairs that lead to the villas at the top of the hill which can be a hike for some people, but the staff pleasantly offer to help with any luggage or necessary assistance. The area is great and within walking distance of a bunch...

"This is our second time staying at this hotel and wouldn’t stay anywhere else! There is a massive shopping mall nearby, a 7/11 convenience store across the road and you are only 20 minutes to Patong, 20 minutes to Rawai to the south and roughly 10 minutes to Old Phuket town. Very clean rooms, everything is nearby and the beds are comfortable! If I could give 10 stars I would!!"

"The staff was by far the best thing about the hotel. They were very kind and helpful. Room was nice but the walls are very thin and could hear neighbours and people walking in the halls easily. It is a very quiet area (unless it’s Sunday and they have the market on). Beds were very comfortable. Could do with a bit of an upgrade. Like maybe a smart tv in the room? Overall a nice hotel."

"Worst room I have stayed at in all of Thailand it had micro mini bugs all over the room was gross I didn’t want to stay inside the bugs where too much . Other than that it would been nice but very far from all no 711 in sight . "

"If you are looking for a vintage stay then Quip is right for you. Me and my wife enjoyed staying in Quip. Little Noisy at night because of live music but it wasn't problem for us. Room have sufficient space, hangers. TV is large and have wifi connected. Me and my partner enjoyed Youtube and Netlix. Staff are very nice and helpful. We will come back again. "

"I’ve stayed with this hotel multiple times whenever I visit phuket. Convenient location as there is a food market just beside the hotel. At night, the back alley will have night market with more dining options. Short walk to kata beach."

"한국인 후기가 많지 않아 걱정이 되기도 했는데, 혹시나 하는 일은 전혀 발생하지 않았어요. 영어로 소통하는데 문제 없었고, 룸 컨디션도 괜찮았어요. LG 통돌이 세탁기(건조 가능)를 유용하게 사용했고, 풀빌라마다 자전거도 비치돼 있어요. 생수(물 맛 좋음)와 타올, 어메니티 등이 제공되고, 룸 청소는 문앞에 표시해두면, 매일 오전마다 청소합니다. 아침식사는 뷔페식이고, 그럭저럭 먹을만 합니다. 바로 앞 골목 삼거리에 편의점이 있고, 그 인근에는 빅씨마트가 있어 편해요. 룸서비스를 주문해 보지 않았으나, 가격이 저렴한 편입니다. 그리고 도보 가능한 인근에 이태리, 스위스, 영국, 러시아 등등 각 나라별 전문식당과 라와이 수산시장이 있어요. 슈페리어 2베드룸을 예약했다가, 3베드룸으로 업그레이드됐는데, 방 들이 연결돼 있지 않은 점이 아쉽고, 일부 공사 소음이 들립니다. 평상시는 조용해서 가족들과 휴가를 즐기기에 좋았습니다. 키즈파크는 5세 미만 아이가 사용하기 좋고, 간혹 풀빌라를...

"Clean and tidy! Close to local market! Great location!"

"The room was generally clean but the window blinds and lamps could use dusting off. The bathroom had a fan but no air conditioning and stayed very hot unless we either opened the door to the room. Also a mild sewer smell emits in the bathroom. Street noise (cars and market place) can be heard up to the 4th floor (ours). Be warned, No elevator! We were only there for a couple of nights to experience Sunday night market. Good food but also crazy crowded. Our reservation was made in September but...
