「Staff is super helpful and friendly! Food in the restaurant is good. We had a room on the 1st floor and had issues with the wifi working. They happily moved us to a room on the 2nd floor where the WiFi works perfectly! The hotel is right by the river Ness and couldn’t be any more centrally located. We’re very happy with our choice! It’s very clean and the beds are comfortable! 」

「Personnel très aimable et attentionné, hôtel très bien situé pour découvrir les Highlands ,au charme un peu désuet mais on a apprécié son style "dans son jus" Possibilité de dîner sur place à un prix abordable, petit déjeuner satisfaisant. Parking disponible sur place. Literie peut être à améliorer. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.」

「ゲストハウスの分類では優良施設と拝察。前日ではあるが『エレベータ類が無いので希望を募る』とのメールが来て即刻グランドフロアを希望。隣室、廊下の会話は丸聞こえだが皆さん静かに過ごしてる(らしい)！水回りはメンテ済なれどシャワーヘッドが節水型で厳冬期の洗髪は些か辛いかも。タオルドライヤーは24時間稼働だが部屋の暖房は早朝のみ(の日もあった)。部屋に『痩せて見える姿見』が有ったので高得点。荷物預け不可なんでご注意くdさい」
