「Small room but was clean and bathroom was updated. Some stains on the lamp shade and the carpet going up to the room and hallway but overall it is in a great location to shopping, restaurants and the concert pavilion. Would stay again for the price and location」

「My reservation was not found. At first Sanilla (not sure of spelling) was not friendly at all. She turned it around after my husband and I killed her with kindness. Also the young girl at the pool could be kinder to the guests. Was disappointed in Expedia/Steele hill about the reservation mixup. Hope it does not happen again! 」

「The resort was clean and well maintained. However, the furniture was older and the beds were very hard. The amenities were great and just as described-excellent indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, tennis courts, ping pong, air hockey. Rooms were very spacious and overall a good deal for the price. People were very friendly upon check in.」

「Its a family friendly friendly resort with good amenties for a long week stays. All tge attractions around Laconia, NH are under 10 minutes drive from this reaort which makes it more attractive.」
