"I was unaware it would have been helpful to rent a car due to its location. The area and building was still under construction. Noisy during the week. No restaurant or food in the building. Store was 1 1/2 miles away so on first day I had not way to buy food until I rented a bike the next day. Or rent an Uber. Condo was amazing!! Beach front. Clean and large open concept. Large balcony. Would have been great if they also provided beach chairs and umbrella instead of having to rent...

"Crowded surroundings because the building was right next to the public beach parking lot. The beach is not private but if you walk farther, you'll find beautiful quiet spots. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to Margaritaville. "

"I asked for a quiet room due to medical issues and they accommodated us very nicely. Greatly appreciated their attention to detail. Also left a note for housekeeping to please leave a few towels and empty the garbage for us on the 2nd day, and they cleaned the BR and room, made beds. They went above and beyond to help us. "

"There was bloody fluid on the pillow case and stains on the comforter, so gross. I called and sent the pictures over. They sent someone out to look and pick up the dirty blankets, but unfortunately never brought me any clean blankets. Had to go to Walmart and buy some. Only there for 4 days. They decided to reimburse me only $117 for my inconvenience and I had to ask. Smh. Not acceptable. I would never do business with Distinctive management again. "
