「Great property only complaint was no AC in rooms but bought a fan while there otherwise great place very central and easy to get everywhere especially Siam park」

「Reception had shocking customer service skills did not want to help whatsoever on arrival at 10pm was told we had no booking had to go and stay with family although I had my confirmation of booking and receipt of payment taken out of my account got a taxi back to the hotel next day to try to sort out my booking to be told again we have no booking I had book this hotel for 7 nights the staff did nothing we ended up staying on a family member’s sofa as their were no there hotels available...

「立地は最高でしたが、言い換えると周りにレストランが多く、 夜中まで音楽が聞こえてきて、うるさかったです。 ホテルのWIFIはあまり繋がらなかったので、プールサイドでネットを楽しもうと思ってたけど、できずにすこし残念。 」

「Everything was good. I like to work out in the gym was decent.This property is more of a family oriented one just so people understand. But it was adequate. I found a place to sunbathe. The pool was nice, but there were lots of kids because it was Easter holiday overall it was convenient clean… an easy walk to the beach, and very pleasant. and I love my little apartment. it overlooked the pool and really was just a fantastic place to sit outside on the patio.」

「Maten smakade lite olika beroende på kocken. Rummen er gamla och väldigt lyhörda. Dåliga sängar väldigt hårda känner fjärdarna igenom när man ligger. Annars fint billigt hotell 🌴🌞」

「Grei beliggenhet i forhold til Siam Park, Aqualand og ganske kort tur til havna. Det er en del støy fra gata på rom som vender mot veien. Rommene har oppvaskmaskin og vaskemaskin. Det er et ganske fint bassebgområde midt i hotellkomplekset.」

「Food was fresh and good selection. It get a bit repetitive but only what you would expect with all inclusive. Room was spotless! Pool a bit small and sometimes crowded but it was peak season. I would recommend this place to friends and family. That walk home up the hill is a killer on the calf muscles...」

「Our first apartment was roomy but dated, was glad to be all inclusive because we only had two hobs to feed us. The room was very dark and dismal due to the locality of the room but after I explained I felt claustrophobic the manager let us change rooms a couple of days later. The entertainment during the day was rubbish, nowhere for the kids to play and I can only think they must be short staffed, from bar to outside activities, there are long waits at the bar and no imagination for fun stuff...
