「Good value motel in this desert town. Room was practical with all required amenities but a little bland (white painted concrete blocks). Good value food available on site with a discount for residents. I would stay there again if passing through Coober Pedy again. Don’t forget to pick up a fly net head covering in the petrol station next door.」

「Kitchen equipment is poorly set up, no wine glasses, no bowls for salad or mixing, only 3 drinking glasses for a 5 bed accommodation, no extraction for cooking resulting in smoke alarm activation.」

「There was no soap available for washing hands, however the coffee machine and microwave were definitely handy. Also, we struggled with the pillows - they were very hard and big. It would have been good to have a couple of additional pillows as an option for use. Also the water temperature in the shower was slow to respond and my partner had to have a cold shower after me, despite my shower being short.」

「Cool and quirky! A definite core memory for the kids. Close to everything we wanted to see. The whole family loved Di’s Dugouts!! 」
