"Reservations were made easily through an online platform. Property emailed me a contact number so that I could contact them as needed upon my arrival to Chongqing. Once I arrived by metro, I messaged the property and they gave me further directions on how to locate the hotel by pin location. Located on the 41st floor (take elevator 5 or 10), check in was easy. Room was better than expected. Staff was very friendly, too! Stay here!"

"The hotel is clean. Location is very convenient. Room is spacious, neat and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Toilet is clean and with good supply of hot water. The staff are very good and super helpful. I was able to use the washing machine during my stay. Appreciate the free laundry liquid soap. The lobby is amazing! There are some treadmill and bike for exercising, but didn't use them because I was walking and climbing stairs a lot already during my stay. "
