「Friendly helpful staff, good value, no aircon but room fan provided. Good breakfast although not included in the price. I managed to leave my IPad behind but they messaged me soon after I left.」

「Bathroom was not stocked with the usual (and expected) shampoo and conditioner; only one towel provided for two guests, and shower screen seal was hanging off. A tower stand was provided but not adequate for the size of the room and the outside ambient temperature (19 degrees overnight).」

「Our stay at the Cherry Tree was a comfortable stay for a business trip. The checking in system was efficient and the notifications from the owners were received in a timely manner and were very helpful and friendly in manner. We will definitely consider staying again on future business trips.」

「The room was clean but small. When we made the booking it said £20 per stay for our dog but we got charged £25 per night. Lovely walk into Henley on Thames though and we got parked ok at the hotel」

「I had a pleasant stay in a clean and spacious room that was also equipped with an extremely well functioning fan. The proximity of the restaurant was very practical. Staying in the premier inn is always a good value for money option and you get what you expect.」

There was no documentation with the studio, e.g. nothing to say what to put in each of the four bins (important for non-UK visitors), or what the various switches do (including those in cupboards). 「It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy.
