「No pots, pans, utensils, or dishes to use.. I had to go buy them」

「The hotel’s location was excellent and close to the beach, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of my stay. The room was not clean, and there was even a bag of trash from a previous guest left in the corner. I had to take it out myself and leave it outside the door, where it remained for the rest of my stay. The amenities were poor quality, the bed made noise, and the bedsheets did not feel clean. The office area was also dirty, and the staff were rude. Would not recommend this...

「The hotel staff were very friendly and put our worries to rest. The room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was more than adequate and kept me cool, even though I tend to get hot easily. The only thing that was disappointing was the mildew on the shower curtain. Also, although the hotel may not have been responsible, the screams and loud banging of the guests in the nearby rooms echoed through the night, and I was worried that it might affect the other...

「Ill start with the good. All the staff members were incredibly kind especially their manager. The view of the beach is stunning. That's about all the good I can say. Our first room had a broken balcony lock, phone was just a "Display", the balcony door had no cover, and bathroom door had to be fixed to fully close. Now for the worst part. Our second room the shower still had hair from the last guest, all three towels had pubes/hair stuck to them. I went down for new towels they also had hair...

「Room was decent, grounds around the parking lot was messy, trash, some one left clothing scattered in the parking lot, and someone threw a pile of " chicken wings" to the seagulls which started a very loud annoying squabble between the gulls early Thursday morning of our stay. Staff was awesome, answered my questions and complaint re: no TV service. Problem was fixed in timely manner. I would recommend booking a stay.」
