「We usually stay here every chance we get because the staff is usually great and the amenities are worth it, but this trip was different. We checked in at 11:10 A.M. it was almost 7 P.M. before we had a room. The wait to even see when our room would ready was horrible. No ice machine's on any floor. The evening staff was not very helpful. Day shift team was much better. Toilet clogged at 10 P.M.called front desk waited up 2 more hours and no one came. Called the next morning and someone was there...

「Lady at the front desk was very nice. Room was clean but we didn’t have private balcony. The pool was terribly gross! Couldn’t see the bottom at all and people swimming said the bottom was disgusting. The light in the pool shocked my husband twice and when we messaged the front desk about the pool they closed it for 1 day to add chemicals but didn’t vacuum so it was still gross! The pool should always be kept clean because that’s one of the things we pay for , the days we stayed the beach was...

「Rooms are outdated, our room had a rusty lamp. Parking is horrible. Pool looked okay. The distance to the beach is perfect. Kind of loud at night it’s on a very busy road.」

「Wi fi didn’t work the whole time we were there.couldn’t use pool because of chemicals.and when we asked what was going on with the internet they sent a janitor to tell us .”I don’t know what’s wrong”.would not recommend or go back」
