"Staff were lovely rooms and shower were very clean. I had a 10 person dorm to myself. However the hot tub which was promised was not there and there was no where to leave my bike."

"Hidden jam !! It’s a 2 star hotel. Feel and looks outdated but the coat is super fair. Breakfast on the outdoor patio. Just few blocks from center town. Waterfront also few minutes away!! Very clean!! Everything was working. Staff is great!! Definitely well worth it!! "

"HI Lagos - Pousada de Juventude is a five-minute walk away from the old center of Lagos. Staff is super helpful with great recommendations for restaurants and activities to do in town. The hostel is very clean. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was simple but very good. There are lots of other options in town but most will be more expensive."

"Great room, great location, easy to walk everywhere. It was advertised as parking on site. There is no parking. Almost impossible to find in the streets. I had to pay to use a parking garage. Other than that it was great. "

"I booked at around 8pm and drove 3 hours to get to the hotel and the door was locked I rang the door bell for 30 mins and nothing , yelled to get someone attention and nothing , don’t book this hotel with out calling first to see if someone is there working or you will be left outside "

"Everything went well as far as hostels go, but if you want a good night’s sleep on a weekend, the area around here is so loud with partiers on the street coming out of bars. I slept maybe 2 hours due to the noise. I only stayed one night, thankfully. I wish I had booked elsewhere. "

"Do not stay here. Upon arrival, we first were waiting outside for 30 mins waiting for instruction on how to get into the building when I finally received a message to come in. We then went into what we thought was supposed to be a private access room, which it was not. It was a room inside someone’s residence that had a lockable door and a private bathroom. It seemed off right from when we checked in, not to mention when we initially googled the location it showed up as another “Casa Falicidade”...

"Paid $25/night. Great value for price. Cons: (1) sticky locks - took forever to open doors within building (2) very uncomfortable mattress."

"This is definitely the worst part of my holiday, got badly bitten by bedbugs! First I thought they were just mosquito bites, but how wrong I was until I was woken up by some fresh bites on the second night. Alerted the owner at 3.30am n moved to another room, with fear....( if it wasn't in the middle of the might I would have moved out for sure). The worst was that they simply closed the room the next day, gave the beddings I slept on(not everything in the room!) a wash with household laundry...
