「Great location,great rooms and friendly staff」

「A huge thanks to the manager Vivek who was nothing but exceptional. Nothing was a problem for him and his staff. The hotel is about 10km from the city centre but there are regular buses or a taxi if you need it. The hotel food was lovely and I was introduced to some amazing new dishes. Good WiFi, balcony overlooking the running stream and ships nearby. Good hot showers and as an Englishman, Vivek put on the English football on TV for me. Just had a memorable 8 days and I will be back one day....

「It was highly inconvenient and the manager is highly disrespectful.They took the whole money before hand and we did not even stay there for the whole trip and checked out a day earlier and they didn’t refund a penny.. food was disgusting.. toilets clogged and food leaking .. highly unhygienic and stinky place .. I came all the way from Canada and I highly regret my decision. No courtesy .」

「Unparalleled views, great location, good food, friendly and very helpful staff especially Kamlesh who did everything in his capacity to make sure we have a comfortable stay and the servers but left highly disappointed with the rundown cottage rooms. We had our room changed but that didn't change anything about the not getting hot water for showers on any of the 5 days we stayed at the property.
