「Yes the dairy was close the room was clean and staff were friendly had a good stay but the indoor pool was under maintenance at the time of my stay 」

「Traveled 6hours and wanted a hot shower and to settle into bed for an early morning Departure. When we turned up, our room hadn't been vacuumed. We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room. Thankfully, the staff member gave us another room and we were able to settle in but after travelling...

「This was a nice clean room property was taken care of the management of the place greeted you by name. They knew you by name and they would stop and talk to you. It’s centrally located in Hamilton. Very easy to get on the expressway. Go out to Mata Mata or temple view down to the West Coast very very easy to get in and out」

「Dirty especiallythe shower, holes in walls, ni smike detector, every thing patched up with dirty white tape, no shampoo only soap, no milk provided. Im heading home to shower. 」

「 Very upset to find out there is no proper wash basin in the bathroom with no mirror available. Tiny hand basin to wash face. This is disappointing not to have basic requirements on a motel room. Long delay in getting hot water. 」
