「Loved everything about the property. The only downside is no central air so box fan was the only cooling method right now. Being a little warmer up in the area. The room was very hot when we checked in but other than that everything else was great」

「Room was clean in appearance but wood floors were dirty as our soles of feet were soiled after walking on them just to get out of bed to use lavatory. No tub but hot water. I have service dog and there were places to walk her and refuse cans for bags. For the price it was fine. 」

「Very cute rustic hotel, was clean and quaint. Had a good sized mini fridge , microwave. Could sit outside your room in the am -bench outside rooms or go downstairs. Surrounded by trees, a nice getaway.」

「This hotel is definitely at a very convenient location. We were walking distance from lots of shops & other restaurants. We have a 5 yr old and we were walking distance from a park. We were able to walk to the lake and set out canopy and chairs to fish. I would definitely stay here again! 」

「Great stay! Easy check in and check out. Needed to stay close to Lake Arrowhead to drop my daughter off at camp. Super close and had a great little town. Ate at Neo’s Pizza, which was so good!! Beds were comfortable and the room was updated and clean. Overall great experience :)」

「I've been staying at this property for years. It gets me close enough to the mountain so that I want to drive very far to because snowboarding at the resorts.」

「There was a major construction going on at the lobby and they put us the room next to it when there were more vacant rooms. The noise started at 8am next day. Then shower was not working… Only super hot water came out so that I couldn’t take shower. And microwave oven was not working either… This is the worst hotel experience.」
