"This hostel was a perfect stay for us. We really enjoyed our time here. The staff are incredible, especially the receptionist, Ying. She was extremely helpful and lovely. The room was clean and comfy. "

"Upon arrival the hotel is nothing like how it appears in the photos, it's run down and dirty. There are used towels and laundry strewn about the hotel lobby area and stairs (no lift). The hotel staff leave for the night around 7pm and return only in the morning so there is no one to bring concerns to or go to for help. The room was filthy and stank of sewage coming up from the drain. There were bugs, old hair, stains on the rug and bedding, mildew, and the comforter even had mold growing on it....

"Great location as very close to bars, restaurants and beach. Mattress was a bit hard but that tends to be the case in Thailand and we opted for a fan rather than air con but the room was very hot so opt for air con. Top floor had a nice view over the sea. Friendly staff."

"Very clean, nice and spacious rooms, recently renovated. Complimentary coffee and water every day. Short walk to beach and nig market. However, the receptionist does not speak English, it's really a pity for such a touristic place as Krabi. We had a few questions but she was unable to help us. "

"I stayed several times at this place when traveling to Ao Nang in the past years. The reason for that, besides its great location, cleanliness or comfy bed, was the amazing staff. The owner, this thai woman with big soul, took so much care of my sick friend during her staying there (I had to leave her there, by herself), almost like a mother. She cooked for her the food she needed and she personally sent it to her room. She also arranged a very good fair for a personal transfer just for her,...

"Excellent location about a 10 minute walk from Ao Nang beach, and about a 15 minute walk from Nopart Thara. Far enough from the partiers that it’s not loud, but close enough that it’s not a schlep to get to either beach. Hotel is clean and well maintained, bed was very comfortable. "

"Sadly most of the staff was unfriendly (except one guy who showed us our dorm room) and not motivated to interact with residents or help (some even ignored the guests). Lots of the inventory (e.g. showers or dorm room beds) was broken and needed repair, but no one seemed to care. Also, it‘s one thing to set up strict rules, but the other thing is how you communicate them to the guests. We didn‘t feel welcomed and were happy when we finally left."
