「Amazing apartment I street back from the ocean. Lota of cafes and places to eat downstairs and a few minutes walk. Reception was amazing and staff were very helpful and organised a late check out for us free of charge. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. Beds were very comfortable. We were allocated 1 parking bay. The only strange thing was the position of the toilet in the ensuite bathroom. It was position facing a wall which gave limited space. We are of average height but would not of been good if...
「It’s an older building and the kitchen/bathroom in our unit (#43) aren’t new, but they are well maintained and functional. The 180 degree beach view was spectacular. Being walking distance to everything Mooloolaba has to offer was great. The parking space for our unit was easy to get in & out of (not all parking spaces are created equal). The unit was equiped with everything we need. Coles supermarket is a short walk away. 」
"Our room was Tree top villa with three bedroom(two has balcony), three bathroom (two has a bathtub), spacious dining kitchen equipped with a big fridge, filtered water tap, five rings, an oven, a microwave, and cutlary but kitchen knives are really bad (they are like stake knives, not for cutting vegetable. I actually shaved my nail and finger tip accidentally) and a separate living room with a TV and lounge sofa.
The floor was dirty with sand or some kind of dirt, not cleaned well. I felt something against bottom of my feet as I walked around the villa. The room floor needs proper cleaning before they check the guests into the room.
Dominique, the receptionist was the best when we left the hotel very early in the morning. The bus that we booked to leave the hotel for the Brisbane international airport was supposed to pick us up at 3:55 am but not there so she called the company to check whereabout of the bus so that we would rest assured the bus was
on its way to the hotel.
Her help concluded our trip with great hospitality and willingness to help with the guests. I would like to extend the gratitude to
