「客室がいいですが、朝ごはんのレストランですが、9時に行った時にテーブルが汚い、食べ終わった客の食器を片付けせず、置いたままです。スタッフを見ると携帯をいじっています。今一という感じでした。ベトナム人の友達もこの状況を見ると苦笑いでした。」

「Breakfast was great. A little more than 5 minutes walk to the beach. Very comfortable room and mattress. The place was very clean and the staff helpful. I stayed at one other place but this was much better even though the other place was nice. Not many westerners visit Quy Nhon so you’ll need to rely on translation apps if your tieng viet is weak even at hotels. Even then, everyone is so nice and helpful it’s not a problem.」

They were unfailingly friendly, and everyone customer-facing spoke at least basic tourist English which I didn't expect but which was welcome - despite our best efforts for months, our Vietnamese is pitiful! 「I really enjoyed my stay at FLC Sea Tower Quy Nhon. The room was modern and comfortable, with a kitchen and washing machine. Perfect location near the beach. Highly recommended.」

「レセプションは英語が通じないことが多く、電話はほぼコミニュケーション不可能。ドアマンは英語が出来る人が多く、レストランも多いがそれ以外は意思伝達不可能。 チェックアウトの際、バスソルトの蓋が壊れているから弁償しろといわれた。もちろん壊してないが、エクスペディアの口コミにも同じことを言われた人がいたと書いてあった。払わなかったが詐欺のようなことをされた気分であった。壊してないとしつこく言わなくてはならないのは気分を害する。残念であった。 全体的には良いがバスソルトの蓋の詐欺に気をつけて！ 」

「It was my first visit in Quy Nhon. Hotel is enough spacious and clean. The best point of this hotel is Mr Victor who is a receptionist of this hotel. He kindly supported me to stay comfort in Quy Nhon city. I’ll stay this hotel again when I come back.」

「Nice quiet room we had. Don’t know if you had one on other side. Staff was friendly although English was limited. At breakfast the staff very helpful. I asked for 1 hour delay at checkout but they were only able to accommodate 30min. Room are nice and clean. Since it’s holiday weekend a lot of kids. Made the pool water not as clear as you would expect. I would stay here again. 」
