"Overall the hotel is Outstanding. The family site is well-sized, although the bed in the salon was very firm. The Front Desk and sculpting Staff were good and accommodating. The restaurant Staff, Menu, and Room Service were great! Only slightly annoying is that many light switches were not operable and the 2-burner induction stovetop requires steel (not aluminum) pots and pans which are not available at the front desk, so you have to but stovetop items for usage. Cleaning services in the room did a wonderful and thorough job of cleaning, replenishing towels, and bringing organization back to our room on a daily basis. We strongly recommend staying at this hotel as overall it was a great property and general location with close proximity to shopping and restaurants."

"Por tercer ocasión el Hotel se niega a entregarme una factura por el pago directamente a ellos del impuesto pagado en el hotel. Por más que al momento de mi llegada me aseguraron recibir la factura al check out no fue posible y me ha pasado ya en otras visitas realizadas al hotel."

"Props: I stayed at this hotel from May 13 to May 23. Beautiful hotel. The staff was super helpful big up to the waitress great lady. Big up to the front deck people everything went well. Cons: I had to ask for soap to take a shower, and they charge me for the shuttle which was advertised to be free. The breakfast was also basic. Overall, it was a very nice location, near to the shopping mall and very safe location."
