"Nice hostel right next to river walk/historic area, clean rooms, nice kitchen. Staff very helpful, I forgot my watch and they mailed it to me at the other hostel I was staying in! Highly recommend "

"Check-in attendant wasn't very friendly. They only accept cash, but I thought I had paid online. He rudely told me I was wrong. I asked him to help my friend get to the train station and he said "why?". With customer service like that you could have a ticket machine do a better job."
