「The unit was wonder, and a perfect location to visit family nearby at Splendido. The unit was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. We wish we had more time to enjoy the private patio and the pool that looked so inviting but it was just a short visit and we ran out of days. We will definitely reserve this unit again the next time we are visiting.」

John is an A+ host who communicates very well, was flexible re: check-in needs, and maintains unit very well. The property itself was a bit more “dated” than we’d anticipated. 「This is a lovely condo in Ventana Canyon with easy access to hiking, shopping and restaurants. It would have been nice to have a few amenities upon arrival such as coffee and kitchen supplies. We were shocked at the 10am checkout time and the fact that the cleaners came before that time and waited for us to leave.」

「We very much enjoyed our stay At Sabino Canyon sunrise! We are Sabino Canyon lovers and walk and hike there while in Tucson so this was the perfect location! Community is very quiet area and secure. Close to awesome restaurants and great shopping.」

「Lovely casita with comfy bed, beautifully tiled kitchen, and peaceful cactus garden with hummingbirds. Early morning walks in the neighborhood and saw 2 coyotes at 6:30 AM. Easy walk to coffee shops and access to central Tucson, Sabino canyon, Tohono Chul and Botanical Garden. Much more pleasant than a hotel room. Make your reservation now!」

「This property is phenomenal and very clean. On the other hand, I was taken a back by all the rules. It's a little weird to pay top dollar including cleaning fees and then be asked to clean the property with threats of possible extra fees. Including taking the trash out to the curve. I don't know but for this price, some sort of service should be included and not asked of. Very stressful to have to remember to clean and take out trash on graduation day...」
