"I didnt like how staff assumed i was familiar with the area and with how things work. Another guest at the hotel had to show me how to use the elevator using a room key card. He also explained how i would need it to get back into the hotel. No one gave us a map/diagram of the area or of the hotel. It wasnt until we were leaving that we found out it had an indoor pool on a different floor. I had to ask the Concierge for an area map and ask questions about the area. "I liked the room was spacious for a family of 5. The breakfast was good and the indoor pool was a plus. The place was clean and up to date. The staff were helpful. I would stay again for sure. "

"Just stayed one night so stay was good. Bed was comfortable. Bath was clean and in good working order. TV stations are extremely limited. Breakfast did not have very many options. Overall, a good stay for the price."

"As always, my room was clean and well supplied. The air-conditioning in my room was cooling, but was not cooling as well as it should have been. I didn’t bring it up to management because by the time I discovered this, I was unpacked and settled. My 100 year old mother was with me and for her the air-conditioning was sufficient. I didn’t want to be disturbed by having Maintenance in our room so I simply lowered the thermostat as low as it would go and made do."

"The hotel was under renovation and the floor we stayed on had been recently updated so it was great. The staff was friendly, super affordable rate, the continental breakfast was fine and the location was great. I would stay here again especially with the renovations!"
