"Hotel Fire alarm went off 4 times one night durning my stay. On 1st alarm I rushed downstairs to lobby to see what was going on and front desk agent said it was false alarm. The alarm went off another 3 times , guest were in the hall way confuse as to evacuate or just another super loud false alarm again. Hotel should have a speaker announcing it was a false alarm so guest can stay in the room and not rush down the stairs to only be told it false alarm again. The driveway leading into hotel...

"As always, my room was clean and well supplied. The air-conditioning in my room was cooling, but was not cooling as well as it should have been. I didn’t bring it up to management because by the time I discovered this, I was unpacked and settled. My 100 year old mother was with me and for her the air-conditioning was sufficient. I didn’t want to be disturbed by having Maintenance in our room so I simply lowered the thermostat as low as it would go and made do."
