"Best location! Only 2 mins walk to the main train station and one of the train that go up to Gornergrat mountain. Very convenient for us going there for snowboarding! Nearby shops, grocery stores and restaurants. The apartment itself is very spacious with 3 bedrooms that fit a group of 6 of us. Although the apartment is a bit dated, all bathrooms are newly renovated, and the best part is the unit comes with washer and dryer! Kitchen has all the tools and equipments needed and we're happy to have...

"We enjoyed our our stay at the Hotel Zermama. This is a classy hotel with very nice modern rooms located over the sounds of a tranquil river and a 9 minute walk to Zermatt’s main street and train station. The location is walkable to Zermatt’s train excursions. Call from the the hotel directory at the train station and they will come and pick you up. The restaurant is very nice for for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The outside setting for drinks is wonderful. The fake fur bear ropes are so cool...

"Nice chalet style hotel with a nice bar. Quite overpriced though for what you get. The spa is very small and operates on a booking schedule. The breakfast is quite limited (they also charge you 14 CHF for an avocado toast). The Frenchie restaurant is very overpriced with an ambitious but underperforming menu. Also stay away from the extremely overpriced Swiss wines. Staff is friendly though. All in all, would be a good hotel if it cost half as much as it does now."
