「Der Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr schön. Der Gastgeber ist zwar nicht vor Ort gewesen, aber es wurde alles toll organisiert. Die Nachbarin hat uns durch das Haus geführt und war immer bei Rückfragen erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben gewesen und die Lage auf ca. 1500m Höhe war einfach nur traumhaft. Absolut empfehlenswert, gerne jederzeit wieder.」

Die Ausstattung der Betten dürfte verbessert werden: unterschiedlich große, teilweise zu kurze bzw. zu breite Bettdecken. Kopfkissen sollten gereinigt werden. Im Doppelzimmer gab es eine äußerst dünne "Matratze". Ausleuchtung des Wegs zum unteren nur von außen zugänglichen Zimmer fehlte.」

「This chalet was a perfect basecamp for traveling the Interlaken region. It is within a 20-minute walk of a major train station and the bus is one minute from the front door. My husband and I adored the small village where it is located. It was amazing to stay in a small and quiet location and easily get to the busier city of Interlaken. 「The view overlooking the lake is stunning! The chalet was very clean and had thoughtful touches. The location is perfect for exploring Thun, Interlaken and the Lauterbrunnen Valley. We enjoyed grocery shopping nearby and preparing a few meals in the well-equipped kitchen. We slept so well in the comfortable beds and the country quiet. The owner was very responsive and flexible. 「Very spacious, nice and clean property. We were a family group of 13 with 7 children and it was quite comfortable for us. We used 4 spacious bedrooms and there was a large loft as well with 10 single mattresses which we didn't use. You have to drive 12km up in the mountains on a very well maintained bandy road with beautiful views and through few tunnels. Good location with beautiful views, very spacious lounge and dining area and a well equipped kitchen with everything you need. 2 separate...

I cannot think of a better summer escape, given the stunning surroundings of the Val Hérens, the local cuisine, produce, meat products, and delicious wines.
