「There were so many amazing things about this property. First, the hosts, Chris and Fi were so helpful and everything was well communicated. The uphill walk with our luggage was a little tough, but the apartment was beautiful, and the views of the Matterhorn were incredible!」

「両親と私達娘夫婦で宿泊しました。ツェルマットの中心街からは少し離れているためとても静かです。部屋も清潔で必要な物も一通り揃っていますので、3泊4日間特に不便は感じませんでした。玄関を出ると正面にマッターホルンが見えるのと、夜天窓から星空を眺められたのが印象的でした。」

「 Bei der Buchung entsteht der Eindruck, das freistehende Chalet zu buchen. Bei der Ankunft wird eine Wohnung im ersten Stock auf der Nordseite des Gebäudes zugewiesen, wo nie Sonne kommt. Die Wohnung war in Ordnung, aber überhaupt nicht das, was wir buchen wollten. Eine sehr sehr grosse Enttäuschung. Im Internet lesen wir, dass mehr Menschen auf diese Weise in die Irre geführt wurden.」

「Das Chalet Alpoase liegt an wunderbarer Lage mit spektakulärem Blick auf das Matterhorn. Um die Ecke hat es ein Geschäft für den täglichen Einkauf. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Winterwanderungen. Einrichtung und Dekoration hätten wir uns für diesen Mietpreis hochwertiger gewünscht. Die Sauberkeit war (speziell in der Coronazeit) grenzwertig. Die Vorgänger hatten sehr wahrscheinlich einen Hund. Beanstandungspunkte wurden speditiv und zur Zufriedenheit erledigt.」

「Das Häuschen hat fast alles was man benötigt. Wir waren mit der Familie mit unseren 2 Kindern dort. Ihnen hat es sehr gefallen. Es ist einfach nicht sehr gross, aber gut aufgeteilt. Für jemanden der Platz benötigt wohl nicht ideal. Die Lage ist hervorragend, 1min zum Skibus und 2min in die Mitte des Dorfes. Die Ankunft und Abreise ist sehr gut organisiert. Baulich hat es sicherlich 2-3 Dinge die gemacht werden müssen oder teilweise nicht funktionierten. Doch Ende Saison kann dies wohl vorkommen....

Nach einem schönen Spaziergang oder einem Tag auf der Piste ist die Sauna genau das richtige zum entspannen, genau wie der schöne Kamin. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch sonst lässt das Chalet keine Wünsche offen.
