"The ceiling fan in the room didn't work but I did not bring it to their attention since there was a desk fan in the room. So they must knew there was an issue. The tub did backup once I unplugged the sink. That wasn't a nice site but I got over it. All else was perfect as always. I'll return next year if I attend the RSA conference. Big THANK YOU to the staff for making my week enjoyable. "

"Very contemporary and fun hotel, beautiful lobby with lots to see and take in. Hotel room was very nice, excellent bedding and comfy bed, nice linens and an Illy coffee maker. Only negative - a $39 “resort fee” that I missed in the fine print when booking. Pays for $10 of mini bar offerings - but there’s no mini bar lol - WiFi, time at pool table, etc. Aside from that, I’d recommend this hotel. "
