"Amazing location and facilities to say it is in the middle of death valley. It is a bit tired and dated, not the cleanest, but good value for money. We loved eating in the restaurant but be prepared for a wait, they do not allow pre-booking so first come first served, not sure how that works if you have a big party, but food is very good even if a little pricey. Local convenience store is good and the ice cream parlour is a must. "

"Our stay was 5/9 -5/10. We were very disappointed that we were not informed when we booked our room and made our spa appointments, that we would not be allowed on property until noon. This was a Mother's Day celebration for my daughters. They both took time off work and made childcare arrangements so we could take full advantage of the spa when it opened at 8:30. I received a call the day before our arrival confirming our appointments and that is when I was informed of the spa's reduced...

Their names were Jennifer, Sonia, and Haron, and I hope that you will let the Hyatt Regency at Del Monte know this. It made our stay so much more enjoyable, despite the difficult issues of the day!"

"Big room for the price, very good value and experience. Pool and hot tub were great and overall atmosphere was calm and friendly. The shower dispensers were not stocked properly, ground floor restroom had a broken automated faucet that would not stop the flow of water, … giving a sense that the property was a bit behind in upkeep."

"Was there for a conference. Zero compliants, amazing place. There are pools absolutely everywhere, 41 in total. La Quinta's oldest resort but they've kept it in great condition. Hopefully get to return again. "
