When we arrived, they had upgraded our suite to the best room they had which was amazing for our stay. (It had 2 bedrooms, a fireplace in the living area, a dining table, kitchenette, and a sauna!) They had left a bottle of wine, chocolates and a card wishing me a happy birthday. I have never had a hotel reach...
