"I stay in a lot of corporate hotels for work. They are clean, dependable, and boring. When I travel for fun, I try to find distinct, clean, fun (and cheap) hotels. This place was a win. It is definitely very old, but it is clean and well kept. We loved having a pool and hot tub. The included breakfast was great (those tamales were fantastic) and the overall feel was a throwback to those lost days of Americana. I’d definitely stay again. "

"Beautiful property. Was disappointed that there was only one face cloth for 3 days for 2 people. Staff was not friendly at all. The room above us was surprisingly very noisy. However all said those things were minor and we were very pleased to have been there."
