The room itself was very nice. We stayed 3 nights. Our room was never cleaned or restocked even though we called the front desk and were told it was to be cleaned every day. No microwave and limited times for food service.

I liked that the property was inside yellowstone but the lack of TV and microwave and garbage liners was a bit much... further more there were no reasonable dining options within 2 hours of the hotel, so the lack of a microwave was not really humane.. There was a super loud mechanical noise in the building all night that made it near impossible to sleep... complete and utter crap. You have no choice and this place knows it.

Conveniently located in the park. Compared to other park lodging, this is the nicest and newest looking. The food leaves a lot to be desired but it’s clean, centrally located and has lots of rooms.

Not much of dining options, WiFi was terrible. Pretty but not our favorite spot in the park. Hard to hear when checking in.

Nice cabins. Very clean. Could do more to make stay more comfortable. Cabin was freezing when we entered. No one checked our trash or towels during our stay. Front desk said we had to request it, but they never mentioned anything during check in.

Staying in the cabins was an excellent choice. Nice, quiet, and away from the crowd, but close enough to walk to the main building lobby. The staff was excellent and so very friendly. The cafeteria restaurant near this hotel was not good and it was expensive. Instead, opt for the small coffee shop/eatery in the lobby of the hotel, where you will find reasonably priced, good food (one can order a whole pizza for under $10). This was one of the better choices of places to eat inside the park. Best options of food choices are outside of the West entrance of the park. Be sure to always be cautious of bears! There was a mama grizzly and two cubs in this hotel area. Be smart and buy bear spray.

The rooms were fairly small for a double queen room. It was nothing to write home about in terms of luxury. We were super hot overnight and had to open the windows because there was no way to cool down the room. Then it was too cold because it was mid May in the Rocky Mountains. Since the staff are seasonal many didn’t know where the lodge was and even sent us to the wrong building once we checked in, but we were there in the first few days of opening. All in all, it is a nice-ish room in Yellowstone park. We enjoyed the convenience of being right in the park.

The room was nice, not fancy. Check-in was great The property was beautiful but the food was horrific. We were warned not to eat in the park so let me reiterate that advice, don't eat food sold in the park. Bring your own food.
