We loved our stay! We stayed in a suite with a great kitchen, that actually had good dishes and even a small dishwasher! It was spacious and had ample counter space next to each of the 2 sinks in the nice-sized bathroom. There were 2 very comfortable queen beds, everything was very clean, no smell of cleansers when we arrived. We could open the windows and do without air conditioning and heater. It was a very quiet location, yet close to everything. Close to the entrance to Yellowstone national park..

In all honesty i cannot believe that this property gets anything better than 2 stars. Upon checking in, the front desk help was indifferent at best and actually somewhat rude. The room was gross. The shower has mold growing in it, or at least it looks that way. A bench in the entry way to the room has stains all over it, one of the elevators was out of service and i could hear the people in the room above me stomping around late into the night. On the bright side parking is pretty good and the people at the desk in the morning were better than the evening crew.

Very nice property! Comfortable beds and the breakfast selection is very good. It’s really cool that they have complementary s’more making kits. My kids really enjoyed them!

The check-in clerk told me I was on the 3rd floor but the elevator was broken. Ok, those things happen. However, the trash had not been taken out of the room from the previous guests. The cleaning job was clearly a quick wipe-down. The walls were also paper thin. In the morning, we got up for breakfast. There was cereal covering the counter. Rotten bananas. Frozen bagels. No coffee. No OJ. They had dispensers for both but they were out. Another customer complained that I overheard but they made excuses - kitchen attendant said she had served 400 guests that morning and couldn't keep up. Maybe - there were lots of people staying there - but the hotel should appropriately staff the hotel, which they clearly didn't do. It made for a very disappointing stay for a $250/night room.

We stayed in a large room that gave us lots of space to be comfortable. It’s right outside the west entrance to Yellowstone. Don’t miss visiting the wolf and bear experience across the street.

Great family friendly place to stay. We appreciated the little touches like s’mores, ice cream, free laundry and electric vehicle charging. The location was perfect for visiting the park and close enough to walk while exploring the town. Highly recommend!
